Upon registration, you are committing to a specific lesson time slot for the full season (Sept 2019 – June 2020) excluding CDM Holidays, please see our calendar for details. If withdrawing prior to the end of the season written notice is required at least 2 consecutive weeks prior to the last lesson to withdraw from lessons without penalty. Written notice must be given by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This gives us time to fill the spot for the teacher. Failure to withdrawal with 2-weeks notice by email will result in a $50 withdrawal fee.
Cancellation of a lesson must be made AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time in order to receive a “Cancelled Music Class Credit”. Lesson cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email to email@example.com. The time stamp of the email will determine official time of cancellation. No shows or failure to email the school within 24/48 hours is considered a forfeited lesson. A withdrawal confirmation is submitted by email only. In order to maintain your timeslot, lessons must be attended regularly. 4 consecutive missed lessons requires a withdrawal. A $50 withdrawal fee will apply.
