CDM Dance History

Established in 1988, CDM Dance has been inspiring students, some who have grown up with us to achieve their fullest potential in life.

 

Our competitive students have won numerous awards, accolades, and scholarships. Students have also been accepted at the The National Ballet School, The Ailey School, The Joffrey Ballet School, North Carolina School of the Arts, Les Ballet Jazz de Montreal pre-professional program, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, the Quinte Ballet School, The Banff Centre for the Arts and Interlochen Arts Academy. Our students have also qualified for the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance Phyllis Bedelis Bursary and the Adeline Genee Award competitions which are held all over the world.

 

Former students have been have been finalists on So You Think You Can Dance Canada hired professionally by Carnival Cruise Lines, Toronto Raptors Dance Pak, appeared on Broadway and in national touring companies of Evita and Phantom of the Opera as well as the film Chicago and on the Film/TV series Relic Hunter, Resident Evil and Total Recall.
